Pastor: Erik Lindemann
Erik Lindemann joined Ridgefield Baptist Church as the Senior Pastor in March 2024. Erik brings a deep love for Scripture, a passion for gospel-centered preaching, and a heart for authentic community within our congregation.
Erik’s journey in ministry has been marked by a commitment to discipleship and a desire to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. Erik is well-equipped to lead our church in spiritual growth and biblical teaching.
Erik, along with his wife, Farrell, and their children are excited to join the Ridgefield community. They share our church’s vision for intergenerational ministry and look forward to building relationships within our church family and the broader community.
Elders
Ridgefield Baptist is an elder-led church. The elders oversee direction for the church and are involved in its spiritual development, including teaching ministries.

Deacons
At RBC, deacons spearhead congregational care, including overseeing and administering material and financial help to hurting families, welcoming worshipers as they arrive on Sundays, providing support in all ministry areas, and preparing communion elements.
