In his article, \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.livingwatercc.org\/images\/VarArticles\/ChurchSize2.pdf\">Leadership and Church Size Dynamics,<\/a>\u201d Tim Keller suggests that a church\u2019s size can have a greater influence on how it operates than polity or even denomination: \u201cThe difference between how churches of 100 and 1,000 function may be much greater than the difference between a Presbyterian and a Baptist church of the same size.\u201d There is a lot of good insight throughout the article so I will resist the temptation to restate it here.
