Sunday School

Ridgefield Baptist Church offers Sunday School for infants through adults every Sunday at 9:45 am. Our curriculum is Bible based and very child friendly. Sunday School is how we connect as a family. Our goal is to introduce God and Jesus to the children and help them to understand about our loving Father in heaven and how much he cares for His children.

Nursery

A nursery is available during Sunday School and Church time accommodating infants aged 2 months to 2 years old. Our staff is gentle and caring. Soothing music is available when needed.

Pre-School

2, 3 and 4 year old children are grouped together for games, songs and Bible Story Time. Simple crafts are offered along with a prayer time and a snack.

Elementary

Children from Kindergarten through 4th grade are grouped together for more detailed Bible stories and prayer. The children learn how to use the Bible, help understand the Christian life and begin to learn to apply it to their everyday life. Games are played that apply to each lesson and crafts help to bring the entire lesson concept together. The older children also learn to help the younger children. What a beautiful example of God's love!

Junior High

The Junior High class consists of children from 5th grade through 8th grade. Bible skills are enhanced while the lessons give more emphasis to living the Christian life. How should one act and how does one forgive others? This is a critical time in children’s lives when many changes are occurring; it's comforting for them to know God, understand He is with them always and that they are not the only ones experiencing changes and problems.

Senior High

The Senior High Youth Group (9th grade through 12th grade), focuses on the Christian life. All aspects of life are discussed with a Biblical outlook. Hard topics are studied and teenagers learn that many of those things that make their lives difficult have been around since Biblical days.

Ladies and Men's Class

Anyone 18 years and older is welcome in theses classes. Biblical and everyday topics are discussed. Adults helping adults to learn and "carry on" through out the day and week is the template. Prayer is a main focus. Camaraderie and true "family ties" are established through the intimacy of these classes.

What a blessing these classes offer to everyone! There is always a seat for one more.
